10/13/18: Deputies responded to a disturbance on Liberia Road. A domestic incident report was filed and a male left the residence for the night. Deputies were called back to the residence later for a complaint of unwanted text messages. The male was advised to stop texting the female.
A disturbance was reported on West Main Street in Alden. It was a verbal argument between a man and his girlfriend.
10/14/18: Deputies arrested twenty four year old Ashanti Mathews on a bench warrant for petit larceny out of the town of Clarence. Mathews was transported to the county jail pending her court appearance.
A male called deputies for assistance at an address on Circle Court. The male believed that his girlfriend was being held by another male at the address. The woman had been dating both males for a while and did not believe that the two men were aware of one another. Deputies advised the caller that his girlfriend was staying at the address of her own free will.
10/15/18: A seventeen year old Male was charged with criminal mischief for damaging property at the county correctional facility on Walden Avenue. The male is being held at the facility on unrelated charges.
A resident of County Line Road reported hearing a loud crash. Patrol checked the area with negative results.
10/16/18: A vehicle did damage to the lawn at Alden High School. Two vehicle were seen on security camera racing around and a dark colored hatchback (possibly a Mustang) went sideways over the lawn causing the damage.
Deputies responded to a report of a male and a female who were arguing on the side of the road on Genesee Street. A family member came to pick up the female and her kids.
10/17/18: Twenty nine year old Simone Thompson was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation. Thompson was arrested at the county correctional facility where she is being held on unrelated charges.
A seventeen year old male was charged with second degree assault after he was involved in an altercation at the correctional facility on Walden Avenue.
10/18/18: Thirty eight year old Tara Schafer was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated after she left the scene of a property damage accident on Broadway. Deputies stopped her vehicle on South Lawn Court in Alden. Schafer failed sobriety tests and in addition to driving under the influence charges she was charged with imprudent speed, making an unsafe lane change and leaving the scene of an accident. The result of her breath test was .21 of one percent.
10/19/18: Two teenage males were ejected from the park on West Main Street. They were in the park after hours.
Deputies were called to a business on Railroad Street. The manager stated that a customer threatened an employee. The alleged offender was advised not to act in a threatening manner towards employees in the future.
