Erie Co. Sheriff’s Office Patrol Logs From Alden and Marilla from 06/22 Through 06/28.

06/22/19: A sixty nine year old female was charged with assault in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon after she allegedly stabbed her husband with a knife at an address on Wish Circle. The woman was transported to the holding center pending arraignment and her husband was taken to the Erie County medical center to treat his wound.

Deputies responded to an address on Circle Drive. A male and a female were both intoxicated and they had been arguing all night. Patrol gave the female a ride to a friend’s residence.

06/23/19: Twenty five year old Kyle Shea was charged with operating with a suspended registration, operating without insurance and speeding following a traffic stop on Clinton Street in Marilla.

Patrol advised a group of people to leave the town park on West Main Street because the park was closed.

06/24/19: Deputies stopped a vehicle on Two Rod Road and arrested a thirty seven year old female on a bench warrant out of the Town of Tonawanda Court.

Deputies responded to a verbal argument at an address on Hemstreet Road. A female was trying to gather her property to move out. The female was advised to get an officer to assist her in the future to avoid getting into an altercation with the male.

06/25/19: A resident of Two Rod Road received a bogus check in the mail. She was advised not to cash the check because that would give the person her bank routing information and they could then access her account.

06/26/19: Deputies responded to a disturbance on Seabrook Drive. Neither party wanted to cooperate with police. They agreed to sleep in separate rooms for the night.

06/27/19: Deputies were called to a custody dispute on West Main Street. A male was upset because he stated that his ex-wife had left their nine year old daughter alone while she went to the store. There is no law that specifically states at what age a child may be left alone for a short period of time.

06/28/19: The fire department responded to a report of a carbon monoxide detector in alarm at an address on Broadway.
