Complainant reports possible abuse to a female from her son. Complainant asking to meet at the residence to investigate further. Adult protective services completed their interviews of all parties involved. No injuries were reported and patrol assisted APD with their interviews. Complainant turned over a NYS driver’s license and insurance cards that were found while out walking. The neighbor had found a small purse at the end of her driveway as well. Owner of the license identified the purse as hers as well. Supplemental police report added to recent larcenies in the area.

Complainant reported that when a female left his property, she damaged items that were in the snow. Complainant only wanted subject notified that she is no longer welcome at the residence. Female spoke with NYS troopers instead of returning phone messages left by patrol.

Deputies responded to a vehicle that almost hit another vehicle. Deputies located the vehicle without a driver. Vehicle did strike another vehicle back down the road. Vehicle was towed from the scene. Driver was later identified and interviewed. Driver given his tickets and released. Accident report completed.

Deputies responded to a male passed out in a vehicle. Male had extensive medical history. He was pronounced by paramedic and his Dr. Male had a valid DNR in place. Medical examiner notified and released the deceased to the funeral home. Police report completed.

Complainant states a contractor is digging out a ditch and the water is flooding out her property. Deputies informed her the homeowner has a proper permit and is allowed to work on their property. She will try the town again for assistance or call a lawyer as this is a civil matter. Nothing criminal in nature.
