01/26/19:
Deputies were called to an address on Conner Road for a disturbance. It was a verbal argument between a man and his wife. An incident report was completed. There were no charges.
Erie County Traffic investigators are investigating an intoxicated male who was found in the snow on the side of Goodrich Road. The male had a head injury and may have been struck by a vehicle. The male was taken to ECMC for treatment for frostbite and his head injury. He was not being cooperative with investigators.
01/27/19:
A motorist reported that the stop sign at Main Street and Pineledge Drive was broken off. The town highway department was notified.
A twelve year old child was screaming near the corner of Cameron Drive and Wehrle Drive. The child had gotten into an argument with a sibling and was upset. The father of the children was on scene and he handled the issue.
01/28/19:
Twenty six year old Eric Jarmusz was arrested on a warrant for grand larceny charges. Jarmusz allegedly stole over two thousand dollars in liquor from a restaurant in Clarence in November of 2018 when he was working as a subcontracted cleaner. He was remanded to the holding center pending arraignment in Clarence Court.
01/29/19:
Thirty eight year old Russell Kowalewski was arrested on a warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle whil3 being held at the county holding center on unrelated charges. He allegedly took a friend’s car from a motel on Main Street in Clarence without permission in December of 2018.
01/30/19:
Deputies responded to multiple calls of vehicles off of the road because of poor weather conditions.
Deputies responded to a report of a disturbance on The Fairways. An intoxicated female was arguing with her husband. The subjects were advised to stay away from each other and to go to bed.
01/31/19:
Deputies arrested thirty year old Matthew Page at an address on Transit Road in Clarence. Page was charged with burglary, assault and criminal mischief. The charges stemmed from an incident that occurred in the village of Akron. Twenty five year old Nicole Huber was arrested for the same charges as well as a charge of aggravated criminal contempt. Both subjects were arraigned in Newstead Court.
02/01/19:
Deputies responded to Marvin’s Bar on Goodrich Road for a report of a disturbance. Thirty four year old Michael Graf of Clarence had allegedly tried to enter the bar with a loaded shotgun after getting into an altercation inside of the bar and being ejected. Another person who was in the parking lot tackled Graf and disarmed him. Graf was apprehended at his home and was charged with menacing in the second degree.
