Erie Co. Sheriff's Office Patrol Logs for the Town of Clarence from 9/7 Through 9/13.


09/07/19:

Deputies responded to a disturbance on Main Street. A male and a female were arguing over the males drinking. Both subjects were advised.


Deputies responded to an injury accident on Goodrich Road. A female was transported to the hospital with a head injury after her vehicle struck two mailboxes and went off of the roadway.


09/08/19:

Deputies arrested twenty nine year old Bryant Plymel for driving with a suspended license after stopping his vehicle on Transit Road for not having a seatbelt on.


A caller reported a suspicious male at the old Dunkin Donuts building on Main Street. The male was homeless and he was not bothering anyone. He was advised.


09/09/19:

Deputies were called to Harris Hill Road for a neighbor dispute. A male had pulled out the survey stakes because he thought that a recent survey was wrong. The male was advised and patrol made him put the stakes back where they were.


A female called the police because she had heard through a third party that her ex-boyfriend was in the area and there has been a history of domestic issues. The female was advised to go to family court to get a new order of protection.


09/10/19:

A female reported that her former step son had been sending strange messages to her via text. Patrol contacted Crisis services to have them do an evaluation of the male who lives in West Seneca.


Patrols responded to an address on Main Street for a compliant of a homeless seventy two year old hanging around the property. The male left after calling a friend for a ride.


09/11/19:

Deputies responded to a two vehicle accident on Main Street in Clarence. A twenty year old male was arrested for driving while intoxicated after failing roadside sobriety tests. The male submitted to a breath test which showed his blood alcohol content to be .09 of one percent.


Deputies responded to a disturbance on Bodine Road. A male and a female were arguing about the children because a ten year old had been fighting with the mother.


09/12/19:

A resident of Stone Oak Lane reported an incident of identity Theft. The incident was forwarded to the detectives for follow up.


Deputies responded to a two vehicle accident where one vehicle had fled after rear ending a second vehicle. An eighteen year old male was charged with reckless driving and several other traffic infractions. The offending vehicle was located on Michael Douglas Drive.


09/13/19:

Deputies arrested seventy two year old Ross Gemmer after he allegedly stole a can of beer from Crosby Mart on Main Street. Gemmer was released on an appearance ticket.


A female called from an address on Wenner Road. She said that she didn’t feel right and that she thought someone may have given her something. The female was driven home by patrol. She was not cooperative and had a history of mental issues.
