Erie Co. Sheriff's Office Patrol Logs For The Town Of Clarence From 9/21 Through 9/27.

09/21/19: A female caller called about a male walking through front lawns on Arondale Drive. Patrol spoke with the subject. He claimed to be looking for his cat.

Neighbors on Leytonstone Avenue were arguing over egg shells. The male believes that birds are dropping eggs on his property because the female has a bird feeder.

A female called from an address on Main Street. She was mad about her son sitting on the porch and drinking beer. She was advised that he was not violating the law.


A resident of Xavier Drive called about a male who had knocked on her door. When she answered the male ran off and got in a vehicle. Patrol checked the area with negative results.

A woman called because her neighbor had told her that a male had come to their house asking about her and seemed to know who she was. The caller provided a plate number. The male turned out to be an old high school boyfriend.

09/23/19: Deputies responded to a disturbance on Fox Trace Road. Fifty seven year old Hyonju Yi was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor and harassment in the second degree. She was remanded to the holding center pending arraignment.

Deputies responded to Harris Hill Road for an ongoing dispute about the property line. The caller stated that the neighbor had taken his no trespassing sign.

09/24/19: A seventeen year old male was arrested and charged with petit larceny after he stole items from a convenience store on Goodrich Road. He was released on an appearance ticket.

A female called from an address on Sesh Road about an unwanted guest. Her children had not come home from school and have now shown up with people who are not allowed at the house. The subjects were advised.

09/25/19: A male called from an address on Beech Meadow Court reporting that his son had called from a field in the area claiming that men in masks had taken him from the house. The teen made up the story about being abducted.

A resident of Glenwood Drive called about an elderly female who showed up at his house. She claimed that she had driven there but there is was no vehicle present. The female had dementia and had wandered off from her residence down the street.

09/26/19: A resident of Howe Road called about a male who had been sitting in a vehicle near her residence. The male is working on a new build home in the area.

Patrol responded to the Sunoco at the corner of Main Street and Transit Road for a report of a suspicious male. The male was gone when patrol arrived.

09/27/19: Twenty six year old Ryan Baker was charged with grand larceny after he allegedly stole property valued at eleven hundred dollars from his employer. Baker was released on an appearance ticket pending arraignment. The property was recovered.
