08/17/19:
Deputies responded to the area of Shimerville Road for a complaint of a vehicle that was swerving all over the road. Patrol located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop for failing to keep right on a two lane road. Twenty two year old Kenneth Stahl was also charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and failure to submit to a roadside screening device. Stahl took a breath test at the Clarence station which showed that his blood alcohol content was .25 of one percent of three times the legal limit.
Deputies stopped a vehicle on Thompson Road for a speeding infraction. Twenty three year old Alex Holloway was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
08/18/19:
An elderly female was sitting on a bench near a hardware store on Main Street. Patrol spoke with the woman and assisted her in getting home. She had gone for a walk and was having trouble getting home.
A burglar alarm was reported at Hunt Real Estate on Sheridan Drive. Patrol checked the building and found it to be secure. There was a vehicle in the parking lot but no answer at the door.
08/19/19:
A male reported that he lost his wallet at a store in Clarence and that someone had used the credit card in a store in Lockport. The incident is under investigation.
A resident of Westphalinger Road reported that someone had broken into his home. The caller claimed that money and pain medication was missing. The incident is under investigation.
08/20/19:
Deputies responded to a report of a disturbance on Bodine Road. It was a misunderstanding between family members.
A caller reported kids were vandalizing property on Lake Glenn Court. Patrol checked the area with negative results.
08/21/19:
Deputies responded to Old Goodrich Road for a report of a disturbance. A male was arguing with a female. The male was advised that he would have to have the female evicted if she had been residing at the residence.
A female caller stated that her forty year old brother had thrown an extension cord at her during an argument. The male was gone when patrol arrived and the caller did not wish to pursue the issue.
08/22/19:
A male tried to fraudulently return two vacuum cleaners Big Lots. The caller did not have any information on who the male was and the male was not successful.
A female caller called from an address on Elma Road. She stated that her ex had violated an order of protection by calling multiple times. The incident is under investigation.
08/23/19:
Patrol has received several complaints of a child riding an ATV on the sidewalk or in the road on White Acres. The homeowner was advised to not allow the child to ride on the road or sidewalk.
Patrol responded to an address on Stahley Road for a custody dispute. A child did not want to go with the father for visitation.
