A resident of Goodrich Road called in a report of a suspicious vehicle at a church. There was no vehicle on scene when patrol arrived.

03/31/19: Deputies responded to some sort of disturbance at a fast food restaurant on Transit Road. A disorderly patron allegedly pulled the fire alarm. The responding deputy is following up on the incident.

A male stole property from Walmart and fled the area in b blue two door vehicle. The incident is under investigation.

04/01/19: A suspicious vehicle was reported on Thompson Road. Often people feel that being pulled over to the side of the road is against the law or that taking pictures or watching houses is against the law. Most often there is a reasonable explanation of why people are pulled off on the shoulder. Quite frequently patrol will speak with private investigators or other people doing legitimate things about calling dispatch so that we know that they will be working in a certain neighborhood or area. If you call, please attempt to get the plate number so that patrols are able to follow up to see what the person was doing.

A male called from an address on Shadyside Drive claiming that someone was in the house taking his things. Patrol spoke with the male and it appears to be a confused adult issue.

04/02/19: A resident of Rosewood Lane reported an incident of possible Identity Theft.

Patrol responded to Stahley Road for a report of open burning. We are currently under the burn ban.

(Residents may find information on when you can burn things and what you can burn at the following web address: https://www.dec.ny.gov/chemical/58519.html )

04/03/19: Someone was going through unlocked vehicles on Barton Road during the overnight hours.

A female Uber Driver stated that a male had kissed her and licked her face after making rude sexual comments. Patrol is investigating the incident.

04/04/19: Deputies stopped a vehicle on Main Street for traffic infractions. Thirty two year old Kelley Brewer was charged with driving while intoxicated after reportedly failing roadside sobriety tests and refusing to blow into a roadside breath screening device. Brewer was processed at the Clarence substation where she refused to provide a breath sample to determine her blood alcohol content. She was released to a sober third party on traffic tickets.

04/05/19: An eighteen year old male was charged with robbery in the third degree at the Eastern Hills Mall. The male allegedly damaged property and used force against an employee as he was trying to take money from the cash register. He was upset about a cell phone that he had purchased being locked and had demanded a refund several times before attacking the employee.
