Erie Co. Sheriff’s Office Patrol Logs For Marilla and Alden From 9/5 Through 9/11.


09/05/20:

First aid responded to Uebelhoer Road for a male that felt like he was going to faint. The male was transported to the hospital.


Deputies responded to a report of a male laying in the road yelling for help on Porterville Road. A male had fallen and needed assistance getting up.


09/06/20:

Deputies responded to an accident on Broadway. Both vehicles were drivable and nobody was injured.


09/07/20:

First aid responded to Hemstreet Road for a female with diabetic issues. There was also some sort of argument going on at the residence. The female was transported to the hospital.


A male was transported to the hospital after he fell and sustained a head laceration.


09/08/20:

The owner of an auto repair shop on Broadway needed a report for some inspection stickers that he accidentally destroyed.


Deputies responded to an address on Broadway to assist a male that needed to get property from his former residence. The items were retrieved without incident.


A caller from Mechanic Street reported that someone had stolen a Buffalo Bills sign from her front porch.


09/09/20:

Deputies stopped a vehicle on Clinton Street for speeding. Forty-five-year old Steve Trader was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, switched plates operating a vehicle without insurance and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.


Twenty-one-year old Terrell Davis was arrested on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation at an address on Big Tree Road in Wales.


A resident of Cayuga Creek Drive reported that someone had filed for unemployment benefits using her personal information.


09/10/20:

Deputies responded to West Main Street in Alden for a disturbance. A twenty-year-old Male was charged with assault in the second degree for assaulting two other males. He was transported to the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment.


Deputies responded to North Millgrove Road for a male that was out of control. The male left prior to the arrival of patrol.


A resident of Emerson Street reported that someone had slashed two tires on a vehicle parked in his driveway.


09/11/20:

Deputies responded to a burglar alarm on Three Rod Road. The alarm had been set off by men who were working on the roof.


A three year old child was transported to the hospital after he fell and injured his arm.
