06/08/19:
Deputies responded to a landlord tenant dispute on Crittenden Road. A female was upset because she claimed that her deceased boyfriend’s son had entered the residence. The male who owns the residence, stated that he only went into the garage to take the trash out for pick up. Both subjects were advised.
The owner of a salon on Broadway reported the theft of money. A warrant was issued for the complainant’s daughter who is the subject who allegedly took the money.
A resident of Valley Lane in Marilla reported that he gave $2500.00 to a contractor and the contractor has not done the work. The complainant was advised to take the subject to small claims court because it is a civil issue.
06/09/19:
Deputies arrested forty three year old Thomas Beilein on an outstanding bench warrant for failing to appear in court on charges of aggravated driving while intoxicated. Beilein was remanded to the holding center pending his appearance in court.
A female called from a residence on Bullis Road. She was upset over an argument with her boyfriend and wanted the police to remove him. Both parties are on the lease so police did not remove him. Both persons were advised.
06/10/19:
Deputies attempted a warrant at an address on Meadow Drive. The female was not home.
Deputies responded to a disturbance on Circle Drive in Alden. A man wqas arguing with his wife. The male left for the night.
06/11/19:
Deputies responded to a property damage accident at Crittenden Road near Genesee Street. Thirty five year old Jennifer Burdick was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, speeding and making an unsafe lane change.
Deputies responded to a motorcycle accident on Bullis Road. Two people were transported to the hospital with injuries after the motorcycle they were riding collided with a deer.
06/12/19:
A resident of Two Rod Road reported that she received a harassing text from her ex-boyfriend. She was advised on her options.
A resident of South Bonnie Lake Drive called about a male going door to door in the area. The male got out of a vehicle with license plates from Utah. The male works for a pest control company based in Amherst New York.
06/13/19:
Thirty four year old Jared Zablotny was charged with forgery and petit larceny when he tried to cash stolen and forged checks at the Alden State Bank. He was also charged with burglary in the second degree and criminal mischief for braking into a neighbor’s home on Meadow Drive to steal the checks.
A resident of Clinton Street reported that he is receiving harassing text messages from his son’s grandmother. The female was advised to stop contacting the male.
06/14/19:
A resident of Williston Road reported that she had heard a loud explosion in the area. Patrol checked the area with negative results.
