Erie Co. Sheriff's Office Patrol Logs for Marilla and Alden from 10/31 Through 11/06.


10/31/20:

A resident of Gebhart lane called she can hear loud angry voices. She was unsure where they were coming from. Patrol checked the area. Several people were arguing on Bonnie Lake Drive. The crowd dispersed.


Deputies were called to do a CPS welfare check at an address on Wende Road. Everything appeared to be fine.


Deputies were called to an address on Hemstreet Road for an intoxicated male who would not leave the callers home. Deputies escorted the male to his home two door down.


11/01/20:

Deputies responded to a call of a vehicle rolled over in the ditch on Clinton Street. The driver left the scene prior to police arriving. The driver came in three days later to claim her vehicle after it had been impounded.


Deputies responded to a burglar alarm on Willington Heights. The residence was checked. It was secure.


11/02/20:

A caller stated that several branches had fallen into the roadway on Eastwood Road. The branches were removed by patrol.


A construction company contacted police about a phone message left on their answering machine. The incident is under investigation.


11/03/20:

Deputies responded to a disturbance on Townline Road. A male and a female got into an argument and the male left for the night.


Deputies were called to Bush Gardens to check on an election poll worker who had left for lunch and had not returned. The female was ill and went home to get her medication but did not feel well enough to go back.


11/04/20:

A resident of Kellogg Street reported that she could hear someone yelling for help. Patrol checked the area with negative results.


A male caller reported that he was assaulted by an employee of an auto dealer at the corner of Broadway and Clearview. The caller has an ongoing issue with cars parked on the street and was at the dealership filming the cars that he says are illegally parked when he got into it with one of the employees.


11/05/20:


Deputies were called to Bush Gardens for a disorderly person. A male was running around the park yelling and acting weird. The male stated that he had just switched medication and was having an issue. He was advised to go inside and contact his doctor.


Patrols were called to Seabrook Drive for a custody dispute. A male showed up to pick up his child and the female was not there. He was advised


11/06/20:

The highway supervisor contacted Sheriff’s deputies about damage to a fence at the Marilla Cemetery. A male had been working on his truck and the throttle had stuck causing the truck to lunge forward and damage the fence. He was advised to contact the town and pay for the damage.


A resident of Cayuga Creek Road called about very loud music. Patrols checked the area but the music had been turned down prior to their arrival.
