Erie Co. Sheriff’s Office Patrol Logs for Alden & Marilla. Feb 2nd Through 8th.



02/02/19: Patrols were dispatched to a custody dispute at an address on Broadway. The involved parties worked it out prior to the arrival of police.

Deputies tried to serve a warrant at an address in Marilla. Nobody would answer the door even though two vehicles were in the driveway.

02/03/19: Fire aid responded to an address on Exchange Street for a person who was having chest pain.

02/04/19: Deputies responded to a two vehicle accident at Two Rod Road and Clinton Street. One person was transported to the hospital with back and neck pain.

Deputies responded to an address on Bayview Drive to assist a person who needed to retrieve property from a residence. The property was retrieved without incident.

02/05/19: Thirty six year old Kendall McCaine was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of contraband. The drugs were found in McClaine’s sock during a random sweep at the correctional facility in Alden.

A burglar alarm was reported at a business on Exchange Street. The building appeared to be secure.

02/06/19: Deputies arrested forty two year old Bryan Mcauley after responding to Rusher Drive to investigate a disturbance. Mcauley was charged with criminal mischief, Harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. He was remanded to the holding center pending arraignment.

Deputies responded to a suspicious person complaint on Park Street. A male was going door to door and asking to use people phone.

Deputies responded to Manitou drive for a suspicious incident. A highly intoxicated female had waved down a passing car and stated that her boyfriend had been missing for three days. The male was at his son’s house.

02/07/19: A male called from an address on Three Rod Road wishing to make a complaint against a property management company who allegedly did damage to the house which is in foreclosure. He was advised that it was a civil issue.

02/08/19: A burglar alarm was reported at a business on Walden Avenue. Patrol checked the building and found it to be secure.
