Erie Co. Sheriff's Office Patrol logs For Alden & Marilla 08/17 Through 08/23.


08/17/19: Deputies stopped a vehicle of Jamison Road after an alert by a plate reader. The drive of the vehicle was issued two tickets. One for operating a vehicle without insurance and the other for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.

08/18/19: A burglar alarm was reported at the Alden Historical Museum. It had been set off by a new employee.

Deputies destroyed several marijuana plants that a farmer had found while riding an ATV on Kieffer Road.

08/19/19: Deputies responded to a business on Broadway for a burglar alarm. Patrol checked the building. It was an apparent malfunction.

08/20/19: A resident of Three Rod Road reported that two children ages five and seven had wandered off. A deputy found the children in Marilla Town Park.

A burglar alarm was reported at an address on Donna Bru Drive. It had been set off by a family member.

08/21/19: A resident of North Road reported that there were two loose dogs running around his back yard. The dog control officer secured the dogs.

08/22/19: A resident of Rusher Drive reported that her ex had moved out and took her medications. The other subject denied taking any medication.

Deputies responded to a report of a female with a gun at an address on Kellogg Street. The female was taken to the hospital for an evaluation.

A male called from an address on Four Rod Road for an out of control sixteen year old female. An incident report was completed. There were no charges.

08/23/19: A male called from an address on Townline Road about a missing tractor. A repo man had been looking for a tractor that belonged to the caller’s son and he took the wrong tractor. The tractor was returned.
