Eggertsville House Fire.

Amherst Fire Control received a call from the resident reporting smoke coming from a bedroom and stating that everyone was out of the house except for a dog and cat.  The Fire Department arrived on location within two minutes and confirmed smoke coming from a 2-1/2 store house.  Crews advanced a hose line into the structure to a first floor bedroom and quickly brought the fire under control.  The cause remains under investigation.
