Deputies responded to assist in locating a subject that had not returned home yet. The subject returned home during the investigation.

Clinton St.

Deputies responded to a male overdosing in a parking lot. EMS was on the scene to assist. The subject was transported to ECMC for further treatment.

Unwelcome Guest

Jamison Rd.

Deputies responded to a complaint that a subject would not leave. The situation was resolved and the subject left willingly.

Deputies responded to a report of a break-in attempt. Police report completed. CSI responded to the scene for processing. Referred to the detective bureau.

Olean Rd @ N Protection Rd

Deputies responded to a traffic complaint with erratic operation. The driver was arrested for DWI, processed, and released. Police and arrest report completed.

A Complainant reported someone claiming to be from Spectrum requesting money. The complainant realized it was a scam and did not give out any personal information.

Deputies responded to a vehicle that was parked in the lot for an extended amount of time. The vehicle was unoccupied. Deputies contacted the owner to have it removed.
