Deputies were called to a Main Street business on a report of a person who had been sitting in their vehicle for a long period of time. Deputies checked the welfare of the person, and everything was ok. They then decided to leave the lot.

Deputies received a call for a burglar alarm. Deputies checked the home, and everything appeared in order. There were no footprints around the home or suspicious activity reported.

Deputies were called to a two-vehicle property damage accident in the McDonalds parking lot. No injuries were reported, and the deputy completed an accident report.

Deputies were called by a resident who received a Verizon bill for service she does not have. It appears that three lines of service were opened in her name. A police report was taken by Patrol and the investigation is ongoing.

Deputies were alerted to a white Buick driving all over the road. Deputies located the vehicle, and followed it for a distance. Deputies didn’t observe any violations.

Deputies responded to a Transit Road business on a report of two females who took multiple items without paying. Subjects left before Deputies arrived, and no vehicle plate or description was given. A police report was filed.

Deputies were called to McDonalds for a customer in a green sweater walking around swearing at other customers. The subject left before Patrol arrived.

Deputies were called to a Transit Road business for two people arguing over a road rage incident. Deputies spoke to both parties. Argument was not physical and no damage was reported to either vehicle. Both Parties were advised by patrol.

Deputies were called to the area of Marvin’s bar for an open 911 line. Deputies arrived, the bar was closed. Deputies found the business locked up and no one was inside. A check of the area was conducted.

Deputies checked the welfare of a male in his 50’s who was reported to be in bad health. Deputies made contact to the individual and he was ok. The concerned complainant was advised.

Deputies responded to a 911 call where there was yelling observed by dispatch in the background. When Patrol arrived, all parties declined assistance. The parties stated they did not want patrol at their house. Deputies cleared and advised the parties to call if they needed assistance.

Deputies responded for reports of snowmobiles racing up and down the private property. Snowmobiles were not in the area when patrol arrived. Patrol advised complainant about marking off the property with no trespassing signs. Deputies advised they will keep an eye out for the snowmobiles

Caller stated vehicle in front of his house has been there for months. Deputies determined that vehicle is parked legally and is not a hazard.

Deputies were called to a Transit Road business for a customer who was yelling at employees and refusing to leave. Deputies spoke to the subject who was upset, and felt that she was being racially profiled. All parties were advised and subject left the store.

Deputies located a white SUV behind the Clarence HS. Deputies spoke to the two occupants, who stated they were looking for a lost cell phone. No criminal activity.

Accident Injury
Kraus at Greiner Road
Deputies responded to a single-vehicle, injury accident. The vehicle slid off the road and struck a tree. Driver complaining of wrist pain and difficulty breathing. Vehicle had to be towed, and driver stated she would take herself to ECMC to be evaluated. An accident report was completed.

Deputies were called to help look for a male that had not been seen since 11:30 am the day prior. Deputies spoke to family members, who stated that he has done this before and he is in great health.

Ainsley Court
Complainant stated that his mother in law was scammed out of $9,800.00. The victim mailed two checks for $9000, one on the 15th and one on the 16th. Deputies took a report and forwarded the information to the Detective Bureau.
