Wanted Sighting

Tonawanda Creek Road.

Deputies checked the area for a report of two males in the area. According to caller, one of the males had an outstanding warrant. Deputies were unable to locate the males and the complainant was no longer on location.

Alarm Burglary Residential

Stahley Road.

Deputies respond to a Bedroom door alarm. The homeowner was on location and stated it was a false alarm.

Fraud

Town Place.

Deputies investigated a report of a person claiming to be Sgt. Tim McMahon from the Sheriff’s Office trying to solicit money. The Sheriff’s Office reported that there is no Sgt. By that name working for their Office.

Welfare Check

Ledge Lane.

Deputies respond for a 911 hang-up call. Deputies checked the address and all appeared in order.

Underage Drinking Party

Old Post W Road.

Deputies were called to check on a party with kids drinking. The address given does not exist and no sign of party on the street.

Road Obstruction

Goodrich Road at Brauer Road.

Deputies checked the area for tree hanging low over the road. Two pine trees were be held up by wires. Deputies notified NYSEG of location and pole number.

Suspicious Person

Main Street.

Caller stated that a male has come into Tim Hortons at least 4 times today. Every time he has taken videos of people and their cars. Patrol checked the lot but male did not come back. Advised employees to call if he returned again.

Suspicious Incident

Clearview W Drive.

Caller reported 2 to 4 kids on bikes at a house where there is no one home. Kids took off before Deputies arrived. Deputies checked the area and could not locate the kids on bikes.

Bridlewood S Drive.

Deputies responded with EMS for a fall.

Accident Injury

County Road at Stahley Road.

Deputies responded to a 3-vehicle injury accident. Two of the 3 vehicles needed to be towed from the scene. Accident report completed by Patrol.

Property Found

Salt Road.

Highway Crew located a Campro Body Cam on side of road. Deputies determined who the owner was and returned the cam to them.

Motorist Broke Down

Transit Road.

Deputies were called to Transit Road for a vehicle broken down. Owner of the vehicle and AAA responding. Deputies stayed with the vehicle until AAA was on scene.

Alarm Burglary Business

Shisler Road

Deputies respond to a local business for a rear overhead door alarm. Deputies checked the building and everything appears secure.

Suspicious Incident

Connection Drive.

Caller stated they are following a semi that damaged their lawn. Deputies arrived and assisted with information exchange.

Domestic Trouble

Keller Road.

Deputies took a report at their Clarence station for an incident that took place the night before.

Alarm Burglary Residential

Cobblestone Drive.

Deputies were called to check a main garage door alarm. Before Deputies arrived the alarm was canceled with proper code.

Suspicious Vehicle

Transit Road.

Security called to report a strange vehicle that has been parked in the lot for over a week. Deputies and security located the vehicle owner and they are coming to remove the vehicle.

Identity Theft

Royal Oak Drive.

Caller stated that his bank caught someone using his information with a different picture on it. Patrol advised the complainant and completed a police report.

Accident Hit & Run

Transit Road.

Caller stated that a 4-door Tan sedan hit their vehicle and took off. Complainant could not get a plate. Deputies checked the area for the vehicle or any cameras attempting to get a plate number.

Traffic Complaint

Sheridan at Main Street.

Caller stated that there is a black jeep all over the road. Caller lost sight of vehicle and Deputies were unable to locate the jeep.

First Aid

Ransom Road.

Deputies respond for a female having chest pains. EMS also responded and transported female to hospital.

Welfare Check

Main Street

Deputies respond for a 911 hang up call at a local business. Patrol spoke with an employee on location and everything is in order.

Unknown Trouble

Main Street.

Deputies respond to the local business for a report of 2 kids trying to beat up a 12-year-old. Deputies spoke to all parties and their parents. Everyone was advised to stay away from each other.

Fraud

Greiner Road.

Complainant stated that someone is in the process of hacking their computer. There was no money taken from accounts. Deputies advised them to contact their financial institutions and be careful of different scams. Police report was completed.

Attempt to serve a warrant

Clarence.

Deputies attempted to serve an outstanding warrant on a subject. The subject was not at the location when the Deputies were there.


03/31/23

Unauthorized use of vehicle

Main Street.

Caller reported that their vehicle was stolen while at the Sunoco on Main & Transit. Vehicle was taken by unknown person and left in unknown direction. Police report taken and forward to Detectives.
