Whitehaven Rd.

Deputies were notified by a passerby of a disabled vehicle on Whitehaven Rd. just after midnight. Deputies arrived to find a female operator who appeared intoxicated. The driver was detained and returned to the station where she registered a .32 BAC, four times the legal limit. The driver was arrested, processed, and taken by ambulance to ECMC for detox due to the extremely high alcohol content in her system.

Disturbance

Holiday Inn Express.

Deputies received a call of an argument at the Holiday Inn Express. They arrived to find a male and female having an argument. Investigation showed that the male half has a stay-away order against him so he was detained and transported back to the station. At the station, he was arrested and processed for the violation of an order of protection. He was then transported to the ECHC until arraignment for the charges.
