ECSO Make 2 Overnight Felony DWI Arrests.
March 2, 12:44 a.m., Town of West Seneca – A Deputy initiated a traffic stop along Southwestern Boulevard near Leydecker Road after observing multiple vehicle and traffic violations.
While speaking with the driver, 30-year-old Brittany Wisniewska of West Seneca, the Deputy observed signs of intoxication. She was arrested and charged with a felony count of DWI – due to a previous conviction within 10-years, and a felony count of aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle (her license is revoked due to a 2012 DWI conviction in the Town of Orchard Park). The defendant is also charged with a misdemeanor count of operating a vehicle without a court-ordered interlock device, as well as three separate vehicle and traffic infractions.
She was released to a sober third party.
