Jones is charged with

· Two felony counts of criminal possession of a narcotic with intent to sell

· A felony count of criminal possession of a controlled substance

· Two counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia

· A vehicle and traffic law violation.

Jones is currently held at the Erie County Holding Center pending his arraignment for the March 2 arrest.

Erie County Court Judge Kenneth Case signed the search warrants.

Jones posted a $10,000.00 bail/bond following a Buffalo Police arrest in November 2019 for criminal possession of a narcotic with intent to sell and other drug-related charges.

Jones has been arrested 22-times with nineteen misdemeanor convictions and one felony conviction.  Many of those arrests and convictions were drug-related.
