Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Deputies arrested 25-year-old Raymond Provorse of South Dayton on April 10 following an investigation into drug activity in a parking lot.

At about 5:40 p.m., Deputies responded to a parking lot at 317 South Cascade Drive in Springville.  Their investigation discovered the operator, Provorse, has a suspended license.

Deputies searched the vehicle and recovered multiple hypodermic needles and a quantity of crystal meth.

Provorse is charged with misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

The defendant was processed at the Springville Substation and later released with appearance tickets.
