Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Detectives arrested Casey Schrader, 19 of Colden, and charged him with felony counts of criminal mischief and reckless endangerment following an investigation of bullet holes in a non-residential structure in Sardinia.

On December 5, Deputy Kelley was dispatched to a Sardinia address for reports of three bullet holes in a building. The investigation revealed the bullet fragments are from a .22 caliber round. The incident was turned over to Detectives, and their investigation led them to a suspect. On December 14, Detectives arrested Schrader and charged for his role in the incident. Casey is held at the Erie County Holding Center Pending his arraignment in Town of Sardinia Court.
