Dear Supporters and Community Members,
I understand there have been some rumors circulating about our donations and our trips to provide assistance. Let me address these directly: any questions or concerns you might have, we share them too. Our team is fully committed to ensuring that every part of our mission remains transparent, legal, and above board.
We have a dedicated team working to make sure all aspects of our trips and our support efforts down south comply with the law. Every donation we receive is accounted for and reviewed, with oversight from New York State DA's Office, and the Erie County Sheriff's Office. I want to reassure you that if you have any questions, we will provide clear answers when the time is right.
Please know that our mission will continue with the same dedication, no matter who is on our team or leading our efforts. If you have any specific concerns, you’re welcome to reach out to me directly. As the owner and founder of Erie County Blotter, I am here to answer any questions and keep you informed.
Also, ONLY The sites listed in and on our site(s) are the ONLY Legal Drop Sites. NO ONE ELSE Is permitted to collect on our behalf unless they have been listed. Yes they are homes. But these are our staff members and volunteers places. They are monitored and collected throughout the day unless it's a Fire Company. So please reach out if you wish to make a donation or need a pickup.
Finally, a heartfelt thank you to our law enforcement community for their continued support throughout this mission.
God Bless,
Shawn McMahon
Founder and Owner, Erie County Blotter.
