On June 9, 2019 at approximately 2 pm Troopers responded to a report of an impaired driver on Main St, Newstead. The vehicle was located on Spaulding Dr, Clarence and was stopped in the Spaulding Lake Clubhouse parking lot. The driver Noah Bonvissuto failed field sobriety tests and was arrested. He was evaluated by a drug recognition expert and charged with driving while ability impaired by the combined influence of drugs or alcohol. He was released with a return court date in Clarence Court.
