Citizens Complaint Leads to LSD and Ketamine Possession Arrest.


Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports his Deputies and Amherst Police Department Officers teamed up to arrests two individuals following complaints from citizens about suspicious activity and erratic driving.


On July 5, at approximately 6:30 P.M., the two agencies responded to 5033 Transit Road where the officers located the vehicle. Their investigation discovered a quantity of Ketamine, LSD, and marijuana and subsequently arrested Mateusz Ruszkiewicz, 23 of Depew. He is charged with a felony count of criminal possession of LSD, a felony count of criminal possession of Ketamine, possession of marijuana, and a vehicle and traffic violation.

Ruszkiewicz is held at the Erie County Holding Center pending his arraignment.

Amherst Police processed the passenger.
