On September 12, 2020 at approximately 1844 hrs; there was a fatal motor vehicle accident on Harlem Rd at Maryvale Dr in the Town of Cheektowaga, NY.
A 2008 Chevrolet Impala, operated by a 23 year old male from N. Tonawanda, NY was E/B on Maryvale Dr, when a 2010 Harley Davidson motorcycle, operated by a 37 year old male from Cheektowaga, NY, who was S/B on Harlem Rd, struck the motor vehicle. The motorcyclist was ejected from the motorcycle.
The motorcyclist was transported by AMR ambulance to ECMC where he was pronounced dead. The driver of the car had no injuries.
The accident is under investigation.
