Cheektowaga Police Apprehended Robbery Suspect Wanted for Several Convenience Store Robberies.

Cheektowaga Police Detectives arrested 32-year-old Tamell Mack of Sears Street in Buffalo after a brief foot chase on the evening of Wednesday January 17, 2023.  Mack was suspected in multiple convenience store robberies over three days in Cheektowaga where the cash registers were taken.  Information developed in the investigation led detectives to the home of Mack where he was arrested when he returned from another robbery.  Mack was turned over to Buffalo PD on an outstanding warrant and a Robbery chargestemming from some similar robberies in the city.  Mack was arraigned in Cheektowaga Court in front of Judge David Stevens this morning.  He is charged with two counts of Robbery 3rd and three counts of Grand Larceny 4th. Mack was remanded to the Erie County Holding Center.
