Clarence Troopers arrested Catherine Diaz, 37, of Buffalo, NY for Petit Larceny.
Diaz was monitored by the Clarence Walmart loss prevention personnel remove price tags from items, place them on more expensive items, and proceed to check out. The total amount of the items was $302.20. Diaz was arrested for Petit Larceny and transported to SP Clarence for processing.
Diaz was released with an appearance ticket for the town of Clarence court for future arraignment.
