On Oct 16th, just after 9am. a Buffalo Police Vehicle was stolen by a subject whom we only know as "Super Man". Several 911 calls came into the 911 call center reporting a police vehicle driving erratic with a plain clothed individual inside driving.
the Dodge Charger known as car 619 was heard on the radio taunting police as they were attempting to locate the stolen vehicle. it was soon located in the Fillmore district and the subject was taken into custody and was formally charged in court the following morning.
