Buffalo Police Make Arrests and Thank Everyone who Participated in National Night Out.
Buffalo police arrested three individuals in connection with an overnight stabbing incident that occurred just after 1:30am in the first block of Bennett Village Terrace. Northeast District officers arrested a 39 year old male, a 29 year old female and a 26 year old female. 39 year old Rhondell Johnson of Buffalo and 29 year old Iclynn Clark were charged with Assault, 1st and 2nd degree, Criminal possession of a weapon, Criminal possession of marijuana and other charges. 26 year old Daisy Marshall of Buffalo is charged with Criminal mischief and Harassment. The defendants were among 4 people who were injured during the incident. The four were taken to local hospitals to be treated for non-life threatening injuries. Buffalo police arrested two individuals in connection with a shots fired call Monday night. The incident happened just after 9pm in the first block of Kenefick Avenue. South District officers responded to the call and upon arrival did hear possible shots fired from the address. Officers entered the lower apartment and placed two individuals into custody. Police arrested 24 year old James Thompson of Buffalo and 24 year old Bryan Slattery of Buffalo. The two are charged with Criminal Possession of a Loaded Weapon, 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Defaced Weapon, 3rd Degree and Reckless Endangerment, 1st Degree. Police say they recovered a firearm and spent casings. Buffalo police want to thank everyone who participated in last night's National Night Out.
