On June 2, 2020, State Police arrested 30-year-old Deyanna J. Davis following her release from Erie County Medical Center.
On June 1, 2020, at approximately 10:00 p.m., Davis was the driver of the vehicle that struck and injured three members of law enforcement in Buffalo on Bailey Avenue.
Davis has been charged with Aggravated Assault upon a Police Officer (B Felony), Assault 2nd degree (D Felony) (2 counts), Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree (C Felony) and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree (E Felony).
Davis has been taken to Central Booking in Buffalo and is to be arraigned in Wednesday.
The investigation into the incident continues.... it is said she is paralyzed from waist down
