Buffalo - Police Impersonator Pulled Over By Real Police and Is Arrested.

Buffalo Police arrested an individual yesterday morning for impersonating a police officer. On 9/30/19, at approximately 8:45AM, in the vicinity of Bryant St. @ Oakland Pl, the defendant did have emergency red and blue lights activated along with an emergency siren activated as he passed a Buffalo Police officer. Upon pulling the defendant over, the defendant began cutting wires on his vehicle to disconnect said lights and siren, along with possessing several items falsely identifying him as a federal agent. Buffalo Police arrested Ernest Patterson, 41, of Buffalo, and charged him with Criminal Impersonation – 1st degree, Conceal/Alter/Destroy Physical Evidence, along with a traffic violation.
