Buffalo Police Dept. Mourning Loss Of One Of Their Own.

RIP Detective Sgt. James Dunham.

The Buffalo Police Department is mourning the death of Detective Sergeant James Dunham.

A Facebook post shared by Buffalo Police reads:

"It is with heavy hearts that the Buffalo Police Department announces the death of Detective Sergeant James Dunham. A 23 year veteran of the department, Sergeant Dunham was assigned as a supervisor in the Buffalo Police Homicide Unit where he oversaw the investigation of many high profile cases. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers this holiday season."

There will a gathering held for Sergeant Dunham on Sunday, December 29 at the Castiglia Funeral Home at 873 Abbott Rd. from 1PM to 8PM.
