Buffalo Police Arrest Bank Robbery Suspect.

Buffalo Police arrested an individual on Sunday. On Saturday, 9/23/17, at approximately 10:15am, the individual did enter Bank of America on the 400 block of Elmwood Ave and did hand an envelope to the bank teller demanding money. Buffalo Police arrested 60 year old Harry Charnock of Buffalo and did charge him with Robbery in the 1st degree, Obstruct Governmental Administration and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
