Buffalo pair arrested for possession of Meth, Marijuana, Heroin, Stolen property, Cocaine and Gun

On December 12, 2018, at approximately 11:25 a.m., State Police announced the arrests of Wesley C. Cunningham, age 38, of Buffalo, NY and Brittney D. Fuhrey, age 29, of Buffalo, NY for being in possession of approximately 1.77 grams of Heroin, approximately 40 grams of Methamphetamine, approximately 23 grams of Marihuana, approximately 2 grams of Cocaine, (4) counterfeit U.S. currency bills, (1) stolen generator and a loaded firearm. All evidence was secured during a search warrant that was executed in the City of Buffalo from information obtained from a traffic stop on the New York State Thruway during the summer of 2018. Both subjects were taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Buffalo, where they were subsequently charged with:  

Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree; a Class B Felony (with intent to sell)   Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th degree; a Class C Felony  Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree; a Class D Felony  Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance in the 7th degree; a Class A MisdemeanorUnlawful Possession of Marihuana; a Violation  Criminal Use Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree; a Class A Misdemeanor  Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree; a Class D FelonyCriminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd degree; a Class C FelonyPossession of a Forged Instrument 1st degree; a Class C FelonyCriminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th degree; a Class E FelonyPromoting Prison Contraband 1st degree; a Class D Felony (Fuhrey only)  

Both subjects are being held in the City of Buffalo central lockup for the above listed charges. No bail information or return court date information available at this time.
