Batavia man arrested by NYS Police for DWI.



On February 10, 2019, Troopers responded to the parking lot of the Willow Bend Inn for a report of a property damage accident. While interviewing the operator, Lewis, an odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected. Lewis was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFST’s and transported to SP Batavia where he provided a breath sample of .14 BAC.


Lewis was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Batavia court for February 2019.
