Argument escalates into a multiple stabbings.
On January 2, 2018 the Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI) arrested Justice W. McBride, 17 of Jamestown, NY for Assault 1st degree- B felony, Assault 2nd degree- D felony and Criminal possession of a Weapon 4th degree. On January 1, 2017 at 2:57 a.m., Troopers assigned out of SP Jamestown responded to a report of two people stabbed on Peck Settlement Road in the town of Kiantone. Further investigation revealed that an altercation occurred in the residence between McBride and two other subjects which resulted in the two victims being transported to WCA Hospital in Jamestown of their stab wounds. One victim was treated and released and the second victim was transferred to Hamot Medical Center and is currently listed in stable condition. McBride was arrested and arraigned in the town of Kiantone Court and was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail. The State Police were assisted by the Jamestown Police Department with this investigation.
