Another Police Impersonator Arrested in Buffalo.



Buffalo Police arrested an individual late Friday evening for impersonation of a Police Officer. On 12/8/17, at approximately 11pm, while at a Starbucks on the 200 block of Delaware Ave, the subject did display a fake badge and gun inside of a holster attached to his belt and did state that he was a detective, demanding a law enforcement discount. The subject then went to Spot Coffee and again displayed a fake badge to gain access into the business after it was closed, stating he was law enforcement. Buffalo Police arrested 48-year-old Mark Stetter of Buffalo and charged him with criminal trespassing, criminal impersonation of a police officer and menacing. It was later determined that the gun was a BB gun. 


Buffalo Police made an arrest last night for a domestic related stabbing incident just before 10pm on the 200 block of Laurel St., between a son and his mother. The 19-year-old did stab his mother several times causing injury. Buffalo Police arrested Tyler Patton of Buffalo and charged him with assault-2nd, menacing – 2nd, criminal mischief, and harassment. The victim was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
