Allegany Man Arrested for Criminal Contempt.



On September 4, 2018, New York State Police arrested Nathaniel S. Poole, 33, of Allegany, NY for Criminal Contempt.

Troopers responded to a report of a dispute on State Route 417 in the town of Allegany. Their investigation determined Poole was violating an order of protection.

Poole was arrested and arraigned in Allegany Town Court. He was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail and is due to reappear in Allegany Town Court later this month.
