Alden - ECSO Seeks Help With Hit And Run Incident At B-way and Four Rod Rd.

Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the driver of a vehicle that struck a male at the intersection of Four Rod Road and Broadway in the Town of Alden.

Deputies responded to the scene on November 25 to find a male victim lying in the road.  The victim was struck by a pickup truck which left the scene traveling southbound on Four Rod Road.

The victim has taken to Erie County Medical Center, where he is listed in serious condition.

The only description the Deputies received was that of an older model, light-colored pickup truck with a white bumper.

Deputies are asking for help in identifying the operator and the vehicle. Anyone with information about the incident or the suspected vehicle is urged to call the Erie County Sheriff’s dispatch center at 716.858.2903 and refer to CL 20-077743.

The incident occurred around 6:00 p.m.
