After Hours Park Visitor Had Cheektowaga Warrant.

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Deputies Thurston and Lincoln arrested Tabrois Baity for an active bench warrant from the Town of Cheektowaga.

While conducting a premise check Tuesday night around 10:30 at Black Rock Canal County Park, the Deputies observed an occupied vehicle in the parking lot after hours. During their investigation of the driver and passenger the Deputies discovered Baity, 37 of Buffalo, had an active warrant from the Town of Cheektowaga.

Baity was taken into custody and turned over to Cheektowaga Police. The driver was advised and sent on their way.
